condo provides two-family living accommodations for up to ten people.
Two master suites offer king beds, full baths, and walk-in closets.
The third bedroom offers two twin beds. Two additional roll-away beds
are also available.
From the oversized balcony, indulge yourself in the spectacular view
of the Gulf of Mexico- or walk the powder white sandy beaches (just
steps away) as you watch the night sun melt into the serene sea. Come
and enjoy our warm sunny days, swaying palms and soft tropical
breezes.

First class amenities include: 2 coverd parking spaces, in unit
laundry, fully-applianced kitchen, telephone, 3 cable TVs, gas grill,
air conditioning and heated pool. All linens provided. So as to
inshure a pleasent stay for all of our guests - No Smoking or Pets
permitted.

Madeira Beach is conveniently located near historic Johns Pass where
there is an abundance of things to do, boat & jet ski rental,
parasailing, sightseeing, shelling, sunset cruises. There are also 2
gambling/dinner cruises that depart twice daily. You will enjoy many
choices of restaurants and Gators Sports Bar, a night club with live
music nightly. There are daily fishing charter's or excellent fishing
off the pier. Also a vast selection of shops & store, all with-in
walking distance. Tampa & Clearwater Airports, Busch Gardens & Ybor
City are approximately 30 minutes away. Orlando area attractions
including: Disney World, Sea World & Universal Studios are only 90
minutes away. We are just 5 miles North of St. Pete Beach!

10% Discounts for 4 or more weeks except March and April. Add 12% Tax and $110.00 for cleaning and linen. 25%
