Vacation Rental Rates

Rates from $125 per night thru October 1, 2005 with a 2 night minimum  
stay.  After October 1, rates will increase due to fall leaf season.   
Daily/Weekly rates apply.  Please call for specific pricing.  A  
cleaning fee of $55 will apply.

  * Check In/Out Times: Check in - 3:00 PM, Check out - 11:00 AM 
  * Prepaid Rent Requirements: Call for information 
  * Cancellation Policy: Three weeks (21 days) cancellation notice is  
required to receive a prepaid rent refund less the cancellation fee.
