Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy the comforts of this charming Key West-style home located in a 
private and secluded gated community on the Bay in the heart of 
Islamorada, where the sunsets are incredible. There are just 8 homes 
in Madeira Bay, and each home has protected deep water dockage, and 
shares a community pool and a boat ramp.

This 2 story home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, travertine floors, 
granite counter tops, porches which wrap around the front and side 
of the house for relaxing or entertaining in the sun or the shade.

An excellent location with pool and great dockage! What could be 
better for a fantastic vacation.

Activities and Attractions

Islamorada has so many activities - almost too numerous to mention - 
let's start with fishing - within minutes from the house you have 
the best of both shallow water, back-country fishing, as well as 
deep water off-shore fishing - bonefish, snook, tarpon, permit, 
redfish, trout, dolphin, sailfish, marlin, wahoo, yellowtail, 
grouper - there's always something waiting for you.

The diving off shore is spectacular - whether in the Pennekamp State 
Park, the reef line all along our coast, or on patch reefs scattered 
throughout the Keys.

Boating, sailing or cruising is always a pleasure in our crystal 
clear waters - you can even go shopping by boat if you choose to!

There are excellent restaurants, great shopping, all within gentle 
waking distance of the house, also exercise facilities (yoga, 
pilates, etc) close by in the Village.

Local attractions range from swimming with the dolphins at Theatre 
of the Sea, to browsing through local artisan offerings in the 
tropical hammock setting at the Rain Barrel.

The Everglades National Park is within sight of Madeira Bay, and 
accessible at all times by boat, or kayak, to see the multitude of 
wildlife and the beauty of this very special park.
