let's start with fishing - within minutes from the house you have
the best of both shallow water, back-country fishing, as well as
deep water off-shore fishing - bonefish, snook, tarpon, permit,
redfish, trout, dolphin, sailfish, marlin, wahoo, yellowtail,
grouper - there's always something waiting for you.

The diving off shore is spectacular - whether in the Pennekamp State
Park, the reef line all along our coast, or on patch reefs scattered
throughout the Keys.

Boating, sailing or cruising is always a pleasure in our crystal
clear waters - you can even go shopping by boat if you choose to!

There are excellent restaurants, great shopping, all within gentle
waking distance of the house, also exercise facilities (yoga,
pilates, etc) close by in the Village.

Local attractions range from swimming with the dolphins at Theatre
of the Sea, to browsing through local artisan offerings in the
tropical hammock setting at the Rain Barrel.

The Everglades National Park is within sight of Madeira Bay, and
accessible at all times by boat, or kayak, to see the multitude of
wildlife and the beauty of this very special park.

This beautiful residence rents for $6,000 per month during the
Winter season.
