"Beach Blessing" -- gorgeous gulf views! in Seagrove Beach

Beach Blessing is a 5 bedroom beach home in Seagrove Beach. You will
enjoy great gulf views, close access to the beautiful beach and the
use of two neighborhood pools (one is heated during spring break and
the cooler months). Beach Blessing is 3000 square feet and
accommodates 10-12 people. Each room features travertine stone
floors, beautiful rugs, plantation shutters, window treatments and
elegant yet relaxed decor. Highspeed wireless
internet is available. 3 sea kayaks are available for guest use
(includes paddles and life jackets).
1st Floor Description:
Bedroom #1 - Large Master Suite with king bed, sitting area with
sleeper sofa, large bathroom with jacuzzi tub
and access to back deck. Includes 27 inch TV, VHS/DVD player,
ceiling fan.
Bedroom #2 - Queen bed, access to back deck, TV, ceiling fan and
shared bathroom with bedroom #3.
Bedroom #3 - Two twin beds, ceiling fan and shard bathroom with
bedroom #2

2nd Floor Description:
Bedroom #4 - Queen bed, ceiling fan, hall bathroom
Kitchen - large, fully equipped kitchen with granite and stainless
steel appliances, second ice maker, gulf views, large charcoal grill.
Dining - large table for 8 plus seating for 4 at the breakfast bar
next to table, gulf views
Family Room - Couch, love seat, two chairs, 32 inch TV, DVD/VHS,
stereo with in-ceiling speakers throughout
living areas, gulf views.
Large Back Deck - dining and lounge seating with beautiful gulf
views, outdoor speakers
3rd Floor Description:
Bedroom #5 - Occupies the entire floor with king bed, sitting area
with TV, DVD/VHS, stereo with in-ceiling
speakers, ceiling fans and large bathroom with double headed
showers. Sitting area has a wet bar and refrigerator. Gulf views
from bed and sitting area.
Large Back Deck with 180 degree views of the gulf, outdoor speakers

The #1 activity is the beach! Access the beach and Eastern Lake from
private beach walk down less than 100 yards from the house.
Two Neighborhood Pools with one heated during the cooler months. The
heated pool is right outside the front door of the house.
Sea Kayaks - there are 2 single and 1 double kayaks (with paddles and
life jackets) available for guest use at the house. They can be used
in the ocean or in Eastern Lake.
Bike Trails - along scenic 30-A and through the state parks, there
are 30-40 miles of bike paths. The trails are accessible via 30-A
which is 200 yards from the house. There are several bike rental
companies who will drop off and pick up the bikes at the house.
Seagrove is 30 minutes to either Destin/Sandestin or Panama City
Beach where there are shopping malls, movie theaters, amusement parks
and hundreds of restaurants.
