Vacation Rental Description

This sparkling Condo, the WaterGarden, was completed in 2004. The 
20th-floor unit has full-height sliding glass doors to the balcony, 
and full-height windows in both bedrooms, all overlooking the New 
River. It features ceramic tile in the kitchen; luxurious carpeting 
in bedrooms and living area; granite countertops; and all-new 
contemporary furniture and kichen appliances. This is a non-smoking 
unit.
The WaterGarden building is beautiful, with its elegant marbled 
lobby, gracious Club Room, business center, fitness center, and 
enormous pool deck with jacuzzi. The front desk is manned 24 hours a 
day and the concierge will help meet your every need.
It's just two minutes' walk from vibrant Las Olas BLvd, with its 
quaint shops and wonderful restaurants. One block west is the 
Riverwalk, with entertainment, more great restaurants and the 
fascinating Museum of Discovery and Science with its IMAX theater. 
Jump on the bus heading east and you'll soon be on the gorgeous
