This beautiful contemporary-styled home, built in 2003, is customized
to make your vacation stay enjoyable in Lake Naomi!  Walk to the lake
and enjoy our canoe docked at the beach.  Enjoy the best amenities in
the Poconos as the offerings of Lake Naomi are unmatched!

This 5-bedroom, 3-bath home accommodates up to 12 guests. It is only 
a short walk to one of Lake Naomi's 7 beaches. This home features a
family room in the lower level with a pool table, air hockey table,
foosball table, Xbox game system, tv with cable, 2 bedrooms and a full
bath and pergo hardwood floors.

****High-speed wireless internet is also available****

The second floor has a great room with high vaulted ceilings in the
living room and dining room, a fireplace, kitchen with breakfast bar,
2 bedrooms, a full bath and bamboo wood floors.

The master bedroom is in the third floor loft with cherry wood floors
with a private full bath.

The following amenities are also
included: Loft, screened porch, fireplace, TV, VCR, CD player, DVD,
cable, stereo, X-box, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and gas
grill, and horse shoe pits.

The community has 3 lakes with many beaches, 2 heated swimming 
pools, 9 hole golf course, tennis courts and clubhouse. Close to Hickory 
Run State park, white water rafting and horseback riding. Golf, fish, 
hike, boat and swim. Close attractions are within minutes away 
including; Camel Back Beach summer water park, white water rafting, 
horseback riding, paint ball, and the Pocono Raceway NASCAR. The 
Arcade with bumper cars and miniature golf. For shopping the 
Crossings (outlet mall); Wal-Mart Super Center, Kmart, antique and 
craft shops

Christmas: $2000
New Years: $2400

Summer: $2000 week (Sat-Sat)

Fall and Winter 2007-2008
Fall:  $1400/week or $900 weekend
Winter:  $1500/week or $1000 weekend
Spring: $1400 week $900 weekend

Cleaning fee: $125
We accept Pay Pal, credit card (2% charge)checks and money orders.

** Summer rentals ($200 per family) - Because Lake Naomi is a 
private Resort community, in order to use the pool, lake, fitness
center, and and dine at the Beach Club you will be required to pay 
for
weekly membership passes from the Lake Naomi Club.  You will also
receive discounts on golf and tennis fees.
