central air, three bedrooms, 2 full baths, outside shower, upper and
lower decks. The first floor has an open and spacious floor plan with
a living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with
all the necessary conveniences. On the second floor you will find the
Master bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom, large walk in
closet and sun deck with an ocean view. There is an additional second
large bedroom with a queen size bed and adjacent bath as well as
laundry area off the hallway. The third floor consists of one large
room with 2 single beds, full size bed and a futon. There is also a
television with DVD/Vcr in this room. You will not be disappointed in
this home , it truly is a well maintained and up to date unit. We
have
tried to anticipate all of your needs while providing you with a
clean, quiet and comfortable enviroment to enjoy your vacation.

            $1200 per week, $600 per Weekend 

Winter rentals $1900 per month Oct-May,

Yearly Rental $1700 per month plus utilities.

 In addition to the rental rate there is a security deposit of $200 for weekend stays and $250 for weekly stays. The security deposit is returned after departure barring no damage or excessive cleaning required to the property. Linens are not included, but can be provided for an additional charge of $50.
