You could take spectacular pictures like these from one of our two private balconies or just sit on
the beachfront balcony in our corner of paradise overlooking the wide, sugar white St. Pete beach as
the sun sets.
Even when you are on the balcony you aren't aware of the other condos in the building. This condo
is truly private with no outside windows to a hallway.
The building is smoke free and pets are not permitted.
You will be able to enjoy the full view of the Gulf not just a partial view in this condo in Vistas
On The Gulf.
Our 5th floor (top floor) luxury condo is a direct Gulf beachfront unit that was completed April
2003. The condo has both elevator and stair access. This beachfront condo has windows on two
sides.
There are no other structures that separate you from your view of the surf and the breathtaking
sunsets. The living room's private balcony faces West directly towards the Gulf of Mexico, then
wraps around with a panoramic view to the North along this beautiful beach. It is an end unit so it
has an extra window in the living room. This also allows the guest bedroom to opens onto a second
private balcony with a view along the North shoreline and across to the inter-coastal waters.
The condominium is tastefully furnished and offers all the comforts of home, including granite
countertops in the fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. We recently replaced two living room
chairs with more comfortable swivel chairs so you can easily turn to watch the beach or the
television, upgraded the bedroom carpeting and mattress and box springs.
You will find many personal touches because we use our condo as a vacation home many times
throughout the year. This condo was repainted December 2007.
Our condo will comfortably accomodate 5 persons, no more than four adults. The master bedroom has a
queen size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom with french doors, (sitting room) is
smaller and furnished with a trundle bed that converts into twin beds, dresser, TV and has a closet
in the adjacent hallway. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and an available
room divider that can be used for privacy.
As a matter of courtesy I want you to know that this condo building is scheduled to be painted
beginning in October. October is one of our nicest months and normally I would charge a higher rate
during October. I have reduced the rate earlier to take into consideration any inconvenience you
might experience. A detailed plan for the painting is being planned to provide the least amount of
inconvenience as possible for all of our guests and at the same time do the necessary improvements
to our building.
You will enjoy the comfort and convenience of our condominium that is centrally located on St. Pete
Beach that is within walking distance of a shopping center and many excellent restaurants, including
the five star Don Cesar restaurant.
We purchased a reserved parking space under the building and next to the elevator. There is only one
parking space per condo unit in the building. During any time there is a high capacity of renters
in the condos there are no additional passes given out
The building only has 42 units and therefore gives you more privacy
A new lending library is in the room adjacent to the office and offers a variety of books and games.
and space at the swimming pool and the beach front.There is a great view of the Gulf of Mexico from
both a heated fresh water swimming pool and the hot tub. An exercise room is available on the
second floor during office hours.
Each balcony is furnished with two chairs and a side table The beachfront balcony also has a small
dining table and a lounge chair.
We have personally furnished this condominium with thoughtful amenities like cordless phones,
answering machine and free high speed internet service.
The linens, including blankets, sheets, and bathroom and kitchen towels are provided.
There is the convenience of a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board in the condo.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, full size range, refrigerator with ice maker,
built-in microwave, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, blender, Pfalsgraff dishes, utensils, Calphalon
cookware, tea-kettle, teapot and serving dishes.
An eating area is adjacent to the kitchen.
The unit also has central air conditioning, furnace and comes equipped with 3 televisions with cable
and remote controls, a VCR/DVD, CD, radio player, room divider, two alarm clocks, two hands free
telephones for local calls, and two hair dryers.
There are usually beach chairs and toys in a hall closet along with a stroller but those and beach
umbrealla but these items are not guaranteed. I also have left beach towells in the unit for
guests use, but I cannot guarantee they will be there.
There is an office on-site to pick up your key and address any questions you might have.
Arrangements to get your key will be made for late arrivals.
St. Pete Beach offers vacationers a wide variety of water sports, volleyball, restaurants, diverse
entertainment, sightseeing, deep sea fishing, and shopping as well as trolley car transportation up
and down the adjoining beaches. Along this stretch of beach you can choose a quiet place to
sunbathe and/or read, enjoy shelling or sea bird watching.
Nearby is Ft. Desoto State Park that has been rated as one of the best beaches in the United States
along with nature trails and paths for cycling or skating.
Within a short driving distance you have two major cities (Tampa and St. Petersburg) that between
them boast of a major league baseball and an NFL football team. In addition there are several
baseball spring training camps nearby.
The area has several fine museums and galleries in addition to several children's museums.
This condo is approximately 30 minutes from the Tampa International Airport, 90 minutes from Disney
World and Universal Studios and just 40 minutes from Busch Gardens.
One week minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday.
Our condo unit rental price is based on being a direct Gulf of Mexico beachfront unit, not a side
unit with a view of the beach or a waterfront view of the intercoastal. This condo was designed as
a beachfront condo and has not been converted from a hotel or motel room.
We have also upgraded our condo including additional kitchen cabinet, new carpeting, replaced
mattresses and bedding, replaced living room side chairs, added a coffee table, added a room
divider, and chest for blankets plus decorated the condo in a manner that will make you feel more
like you are in a beach home. We also added a specially designed door for the sitting room and
added free internet access. We purchased a reserved parking space under the building directly
next to the elevator.
2008 RATES These rates are subject to change except for those who have guaranteed their
reservations. I anticipate raising the rates during late 2008.
