Island has to offer.   
 
Condo Features:  (Sleeps 6) 2 Bedrooms, Sleeper Sofa, 2 Full  
Bathrooms, Air Conditioning, Cable TV, Satellite TV, VCR, Stereo,  
Full Kitchen;  Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator,  Cooking  
Utensils. Linens and Towels provided also.

$110.00 per night, 3 night minimum  
 
Additional $75.00 cleaning fee and 10% SC sales and Local tax  
applied to bill. 
 
Off Season rate: 
September 3 - December 31 
January 1 - April 30 
$475.00 per week (Saturday - Saturday) 
$100.00 per night, 3 night minimum 
 
Please call for monthly rate available December, January, February. 
 
Additional $75.00 cleaning fee and 10% SC sales tax applied to bill.
