units in The Colony II. Located just across the street from the
Intracoastal waterway and ocean beyond, The Colony II is surrounded
by dozens of championship golf courses.
A scenic two minute drive along the waterway and over the brand new high rise bridge takes you out to the beach island of Sunset Beach. A
family friendly barrier island (only three miles long) offers public
parking, a fishing pier, kayak and bike rentals.
Once on the island, there are several walkways over to this uncrowded
oceanfront where you can enjoy swimming and watching beautiful
sunsets.
This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher,
microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Washer and dryer included.
There are three TV's, a DVD player. High speed internet service
and a telephone are included. The covered patio overlooks the pool
area.
Bed linens are provided, bath linens are not provided with
weekly rentals.
There are two spacious bedrooms each with its own bath, one has a
large jetted spa tub in addition to a shower. One with king size bed
and one with two twin beds, also a full size sleeper sofa.
This 'NO SMOKING' unit is in like new condition, very clean and
nicely decorated. Main living area, kitchen and baths have ceramic
tile flooring, bedrooms are carpeted.

Rental is from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 3 pm Saturday, Check
out is 10 am Saturday.
Cleaning fee of $60. for weekly rentals.
$75. for month or more rentals.
Half of rent is due at time of reservation (Reservation Fee) . $100
security deposit along with remaining rental amount is due 30 days
prior to arrival. If reservation is made less than 30 days prior to
date of arrival, then the full amt. is due at that time.
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival date will
result in a 10% fee. Cancellations made less that 60 days prior to
arrival date will result in loss of reservation fee.

Amenities: Large outdoor pool and an indoor heated pool and spa are
just steps from our patio.
This condo has central air conditioning, cable TV, three Televisions
and a DVD player. Also high speed internet service and a telephone.

Many area golf courses are nearby: They include Angels Trace, The
Pearl, The Thistle, Sandpiper Bay, Sea Trials,Lion?s Paw, Tiger?s
Eye, Crow Creek, Brunswick Plantation and many more.
Calabash is two miles to the south. This village town is known for
its many seafood restaurants and boat docks where you may purchase
fresh seafood almost daily.
North Myrtle Beach is eight miles to the south. Here you will find
and abundance of live entertainment, restaurants, dancing, amusement
parks, shopping and much more.
Little River is five miles to the south. Visit the waterfront which
offers boat tours, fishing trips, gambling casino cruises and more.
