fire place. Furnished in a cozy adirondack style-great atmosphere!

WE DO YEAR ROUND CORPORATE RENTALS STARTING AT $ 1350 per month. Many great references such as Panera Bread /Cashman Dredging/ Saratoga Symphony.
 

We will discount multi-weeks or monthly rentals.

We will rent to families building new home over the winter months
w/short term lease.

We Do Not Charge Cleaning Fees! (only with pets)

A 25% of rental fee is required to reserve this rental plus any pet
surcharges when booking by check or credit card (Pay Pal,Visa or
Mastercard) of the booking. Short agreement is required to be signed
by tenant if long term.
Final payment and deposits must be made upon arrival.


Deposits will be refunded directly after your stay as long as there
is no damage to the premises.
