$650 per week: off-season: Sept thru May
$1250 per week: Track/Lake George Season: (2008 July 23-Labor Day)
$1450 Travers week
$875 per week June 1-July 22

We will discount multi-weeks or monthly rentals.

Based on availability, we will do long weekends in the off season
atarting at $450 per weekend

We will rent to families building new home over the winter months
w/short term lease.

We Do Not Charge Cleaning Fees! (only with pets)

A 25% of rental fee is required to reserve this rental plus any pet
surcharges when booking by check or credit card (Pay Pal,Visa or
Mastercard) of the booking. Short agreement is required to be signed
by tenant if long term.
Final payment and deposits must be made upon arrival.


Deposits will be refunded directly after your stay as long as there
is no damage to the premises.
