Vacation Rental Description

Available for weekly vacation rentals – Condominium located on south end of Marco Island, Florida – 
home of white-sand beaches, blue-green waters, warm tropical breezes, and fabulous sunsets. Enjoy 
championship golf, tennis, boating, deep-sea and backwater fishing, parasailing, swimming, shelling, 
and many other recreational opportunities.

Marco Island also features plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities, and is 
located a short drive from the west entrance to Everglades National Park and the many entertainment 
options located in Naples and Fort Myers, Florida.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This recently remodeled, first floor unit has two bedrooms.  The Master Suite has a comfortable 
queen-size, pillow-top mattress, as well as a walk-in closet and private bathroom. The other bedroom 
has two twin beds and another bathroom right outside the door. There is also a queen size sofa 
sleeper in the living room, so the unit can accommodate a maximum of six people. All major 
appliances in the fully-stocked kitchen have been replaced within the last five years.

Unit also includes: screened lanai with deck table and chairs; central air conditioning; two TVs 
with cable; VCR; mini-stereo system w/CD and cassette players; all linens and towels; beach chairs 
and assorted beach accessories; hair dryer; clothes washer & dryer IN UNIT (many condos do not have 
these in the unit); ironing board & iron; vacuum cleaner.

The Sea View Club includes a large swimming pool; tennis court; and barbecue grilling area near 
pool. 

The South Beach Public Access is located right across the Street. Seaview Club is the closest 
complex to this access point. Just walk out the screen door from the lanai. There are no public 
restrooms at the beach, so the condo's proximity to the public entrance is very convenient.

Activities and Attractions

Marco Island is known for it's fantastic beach! However, there is so much more to do, including: 
swimming; sun-bathing; shelling; golf; tennis; shopping; almost endless dining options: fishing; 
boating; relaxing; beautiful sunsets; the Florida Everglades; attractions in Naples and Fort Myers - 
a short drive away; the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale metro area is only 100 miles east; Key West is a 3-hour 
boat ride away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are Negotiable!  However, the suggested rates are as follows:

- Low Season 2008 (4/16 to 12/14) - $625 / Week

- High Season 2008 / 2009 (12/15 to 4/15) - $1,250 / Week

- Low Season 2009 (4/16 to 12/14) - $650 / Week

- High Season 2009 / 2010 (12/15 to 4/15) - $1,300 / Week

Rates do not include 6% Florida State Sales Tax and 4% Collier County Tourist Tax, or $80 cleaning 
fee.

A Refundable $500 Security Deposit is required to hold the property.
