Marco Island also features plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities, and is located a short drive from the west entrance to Everglades National Park and the many entertainment options located in Naples and Fort Myers, Florida.

This first floor unit has two bedrooms. The Master Suite has a comfortable queen-size, pillow-top mattress, as well as a walk-in closet and a remodeled private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and another bathroom right outside the door. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper and matching love seat and recliner in the living room. All major appliances in the fully-stocked kitchen have been replaced within the last five years.

Other features include a 42" HDTV with High Def and Digital Cable and Blu-ray Player. There is also High-Speed Wireless (WiFi) Internet access and free long distance calls to phone numbers within the USA; beautifully tiled main living quarters and bathrooms, screened lanai with ceiling fan, deck table and chairs; central air conditioning; 2nd TV in master BR; VCR; mini-stereo system w/CD and cassette players; all linens and towels; beach chairs and assorted beach accessories; hair dryer; clothes washer & dryer IN UNIT (many condos do not have these in the unit); ironing board & iron; vacuum cleaner.

The Sea View Club has a large swimming pool; tennis court; and barbecue grilling area near pool. The South Beach Public Access is located right across the Street. Sea View Club is the closest complex to this access site. Just walk out the screen door from the lanai - no need to walk around the building. There are no public restrooms at the beach, so the condo's proximity to the public entrance is very convenient.

Marco Island is known for it's fantastic beach! However, there is so much more to do, including: swimming; sun-bathing; shelling; golf; tennis; shopping; almost endless dining options: fishing; boating; relaxing; beautiful sunsets; the Florida Everglades; attractions in Naples and Fort Myers - a short drive away; the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale metro area is only 100 miles east; Key West is a 3-hour boat ride away.

Rates are negotiable! However, the suggested rates are as follows:

- Low Season 2012 (4/14 to 12/14) - $700 / Week

- High Season 2012 / 2013 (12/15 to 4/19) - $1,250 / Week

- Low Season 2013 (4/20 to 12/20) - $700 / Week

- High Season 2013 / 2014 (12/21 to 4/19) - $1,250 / Week

Rates do not include 6% Florida State Sales Tax and 4% Collier County Tourist Tax, and an $85 cleaning fee.
