Beautiful historic 1878 townhome located just off Troup Square in the Historic Landmark area of Savannah. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit that comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults. Eleven foot ceilings, original wood floors, courtyard, combination master bedroom/media room. This row house is located next to private residences and is very quiet. Enjoy your morning coffee and afternoon wine in the private courtyard! Must be 25 years of age and provide a picture ID (driver's license) to secure a reservation.

*A one-time cleaning fee of $125.00 will apply in addition to nightly rate.
*Major credit cards accepted.
*Must be 25 years of age or older and provide photo ID to secure booking.
Cancellations:
Greater than 60 days before check-in, full refund less $25.00.
Less than 60 days before check-in, $270.00 (one night's stay plus taxes).
Reservations:
A refundable security deposit of 25 % of the total rental amount or a minimum of $270.00 is due at the time of the reservation. Remainder (rental amount, and applicable cleaning fee) is due before check-in. Any applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
