$325.00 night (includes all taxes)
$2000.00 a week (includes all taxes)
$6000.00 a month (includes all taxes)

*A one-time cleaning fee of $125.00 in addition to nightly rate.
*Must be 21 years of age or older to secure booking  

Cancellations:
Greater than 60 days before check-in, full refund less $25.00. Less
than 60 days prior to check-in, full refund less $75.00. 

Payment in full for entire stay is required before check-in. Credit Cards accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Discover).
