*Must be 21 years of age or older to secure booking
A refundable security deposit ($150.00 or 25% of total booking,
whichever is greater) is required to confirm reservation. For
cancellations:
Greater than 60 days before check-in, full refund less $25.00. Less
than 60 days prior to check-in, the security deposit will be
forfeited.
Payment in full for entire stay is required before check-in. Money
order or cashiers check accepted. No personal checks.
