Vacation Rental Rates

January - June 2008 and October - December 2008: 
$250.00 night plus cleaning fee* 
$1300.00 week plus cleaning fee* 
$3000.00 month (4 weeks/28 nights) plus cleaning fee* 
 
July - September 2008 
$200.00 night plus cleaning fee* 
$1100.00 a week plus cleaning fee* 
$2000.00 a month plus cleaning fee* 
 
*Cleaning fee $100.00 
*Two night minimum stay Fri-Sat.  No minimum Sun-Thur. 
*Must be 21 years of age or older to secure booking 
 
A refundable deposit ($150.00 or 25% of total booking, whichever is  
greater) is required to confirm reservation. For cancellations:   
Greater than 60 days before check-in, full refund less $25.00.  Less  
than 60 days prior to check-in, the security deposit will be  
forfeited.  
 
Payment in full for entire stay is required before check-in.  Money  
order or cashiers check accepted.  No personal checks.
