Vacation Rental Description

New in 2000, this condo is located in Bonita Springs, Florida, on  
the  
gulf coast between Naples and Fort Myers.  This is a first floor end  
unit coach home with an attached two car garage with opener.  The  
unit has two bedrooms and two full baths and a den with French  
doors.  There is also a laundry room. 
 
The charming entry opens into a large living room with open design  
and dining room and a finely furnished screened-in lanai.  The  
spacious sunny kitchen opens to the living area.  The master bedroom  
has a queen size bed and a reading alcove with two easy chairs.  The  
bath has a jetted tub, separate shower, and dual sinks.  The  
separate  
guest suite has the second bedroom with twin beds and its own  
private  
bath.  The den can be closed off with French doors.  It has a sofa  
sleeper with an easy chair and a desk. 
 
The unit is fully furnished and tastefully decorated.  It is  
equipped  
with linens, dishes/utensils,cableTV,VCR's,sound system, icemaker,  
dishwasher, toaster oven, coffeemaker and disposal. The fully  
euipped  
kitchen has ceramic tile floors.  Corian counter tops, maple  
cabinets, a table and four chairs and a breakfast bar  
with two stools.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Coconut Shores is a gated community of Mediterranean style homes  
with  
stucco siding and tile roofs.  There is a club house that contains  
meeting and exercise rooms.  Three is a community pool, spa/hot tub,  
BBQ, tennis courts and a tiki style picnic cabana area. There is  
also  
a small lake with a beach and fishing pier.

Activities and Attractions

This condo is situated approximately half-way between Naples and Ft.  
Myers with driving time about 20 minutes to the Southwest Florida  
International Airport. You are just minutes from excellent  
golf,shopping, theaters, galleries, fine dining, the Corkscrew wild  
life sanctuary, Sanibel and Captiva islands and Gulf Coast beaches. 
 
The Bonita Springs area contains some of the finest public beaches  
in  
Southwest Florida including Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Beach,  
Barefoot Beach State Preserve, Delnor Wiggins State Recreation Area,  
and Vanderbilt Beach.  All are open to the public with parking  
available.
