Vacation Rental Description

  Quiet 3 bed 2 bath Pool home on 6.5 Acre Farm just 5-10 minutes from
downtown Kona (home is just mauka of Keauhou).  Miles and miles of
shoreline view, including a view of Kailua Kona Harbor and town. 
Neighbors are also on 6.5 acre lots, and there are as many wild
turkeys as people.

  Master bedroom has King, second bed has Queen, 3rd bed has 2 twins.
 All rooms have spectacular views.

  Kids Stay Free – free use of toys, games, videos, etc.  Sorry, only
babies under 12 months and children old enough to swim on their own,
as we do not have a fence between living quarters and pool.  Kids who
are old enough should know pool safety.

  Note: the home has a downstairs apartment with a separate entrance
occupied by a mature single lady, and there is also a caretaker’s
cottage on the property.  The estate caretakers are quiet and many
guests go days without seeing them.  The pool area is not shared, and
only for guest use.

Vacation Rental Rates

$290 to $350 / night – rates vary based on season, number of guests, and
length of stay.  One time cleaning fee $197.50 plus Hawaii tax 11.42%.
