Vilano Beach House in St Augustine

Beautiful newly furnished two-story house on Usina Beach just north
of St. Augustine with an Ocean View. Just 10 minutes from historic
downtown St. Augustine and 15 minutes from Ponte Vedra. The house is
furnished with modern appliances. Two bedrooms are upstairs and two
are downstairs, kitchen and master bedroom are upstairs. The main
living room is upstairs with a second living room downstairs.
Upstairs has a huge balcony with partial ocean view; kitchen also
has ocean view.

Master bedroom has a king size bed with a jacuzzi and a shower, the
other three bedrooms have queen size beds. There are two additional
fold-out beds that can be used for kids or guests. Sorry, but pets
are not allowed.

Upstairs living room has cable TV, wireless internet access, DVD and
Stereo/CD/MP3 player. Downstairs living room has cable TV, a
recumbent exercycle and a stepper. Private beach access is across
from the house approximately 50 feet. Driveway is concrete and
accommodates four to five automobiles. Additional property photos

Whether you are planning on relaxing or planning an exciting
adventure, St. Augustine has it all. For relaxation, you can either
lie on the beach or walk the beach to collect sea shells.

The house is ideally located for easy access to renowned golf
courses
in Ponte Vedra (home of The Players Championship) and St. Augustine.
Orlando and its theme parks are a short two hour drive and make for
a
perfect day trip.

After you're through spending the day at the beach, you can simply
jump in your car and be minutes from endless sightseeing. You will
see from this list below that you may need to come back just to fit
everything in.
