Vacation Rental Description

Location, Location, Location.  If you are looking for a 1st class condo  
close to everything that Branson has to offer, look no further.  This condo  
is conveniently located near the Grand Palace in the heart of the remarkable strip. 
 
Condo is 1220 sq feet and includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms.   
Each bedroom has a king-sized bed, plus there is a queen size  
sofa/bed in the living room, comfortably sleeping 6 people.  The  
master bathroom includes a whirlpool tub/shower combo.  There is a  
TV in the master bedroom. 
 
In addition to the queen sofa/bed, the living room has two rocker  
recliners and a 27" TV with DVD/VCR player.  Cable TV is included. 
 
The condo is completely furnished with towels, linens, dishes, pots,  
pans and coffee maker (with coffee).  There is also a dishwasher and  
a washer & dryer.  Hand soap (liquid), shampoo and laundry detergent  
are all furnished. 
 
On the back deck is a table & 4 chairs with an electric grill.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Greens complex is very clean, quiet and well maintained.  The  
16th hole of the Thousand Hills golf course runs directly behind our  
complex.  During the season take a dip in the swimming pool.

Activities and Attractions

The Greens is centrally located in Branson, directly behind the  
Grand Palace.  This makes it easy to get to shows and area attractions  
such as Silver Dollar City, Celebration City, a water park, go cart  
tracks, mini golf, golf courses or fishing and boating at one of  
three lakes. 
 
You are within walking distance of restaurants, mini golf, shows and  
shopping.

2008 rates; two night minimum 
 
January thru April - $70/night; $420/week 
May - $90/night; $540/week 
June thru August 10 - $125/night; $700/week 
August 11 thru December 14 - $90/night; $540/week 
December 15 - December 31 - $70/night; $420/week
