Location, Location, Location. If you are looking for a 1st class
condo close to everything that Branson has to offer, look no further. This
condo is conveniently located near the Grand Palace in the heart of the
remarkable 76 strip.
Condo is 1220 sq feet and includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Each bedroom has a king-sized bed, plus there is a queen size
sofa/bed in the living room, comfortably sleeping 6 people. The
master bathroom includes a whirlpool tub/shower combo. TV's are in
both bedrooms.
In addition to the queen sofa/bed, the living room has two rocker
recliners and a 32" HDTV with BluRay player. Cable TV access in the
living room and both bedrooms.
The condo is completely furnished with towels, linens, dishes, pots,
pans and coffee maker (with coffee). There is also a dishwasher and
a washer & dryer. Hand soap (liquid), shampoo and laundry detergent
are all furnished.
On the back deck is a table & 4 chairs with an electric grill.
As a family, we have been travelling to and enjoying all that Branson has to offer for over 20 years. It is a great place for both young and old alike and our condos offer you and your family a "home away from home" to relax and take in all the area has to offer. The Greens complex is very clean, quiet and well maintained. The
16th hole of the Thousand Hills golf course runs directly behind our
complex. During the season take a dip in the swimming pool.

Grand Palace. This makes it easy to get to shows and area
attractions such as Silver Dollar City, Branson Landing, a water park, go
cart tracks, mini golf, golf courses, factory outlet mall or fishing and

You are within walking distance of restaurants, mini golf, shows and
shopping.
