lawn where you'll enjoy the breeze and have an outstanding view of
the skiers racing by, or choose to sit on the huge deck overlooking
the water. Kids absolutely love splashing in the water off the rope
swing.
For all you golfers, the Bandit Golf Course is less than 3 miles
away. This course has been rated as the 5th best public course in
Texas. The Bandit also gives Seniors a special rate, including a cart.
You can't beat this place for fishing, either. Come take a look at
our huge catfish and bass, and tell your friends back home that you
caught one THIS big! One person has already caught a 32" catfish.
There is one bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom with a queen bed, and one with two single beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the family room.

A man that lives on Lake McQueeeny will rent his ski boat on an hourly basis.  He drives, furnishes the gas and all of the equipment.  You can enjoy a relaxing tour of the lake or you can ski, wake board, or get pulled behind the boat on a raft.  He will also help you learn how to ski....lots of fun.

The water is excellent for swimming, tubing, skiing, and fishing.
Ski Boat with a driver may be rented..lessons included. For those of
you who may be members of Lake Breeze Ski Lodge, it is only about 3
miles by car.
Nearby you can visit the famous Schlitterbahn water park, tube on
the Guadalupe River, shop at the outlet mall or visit historic
Gruene, Texas.

Refund Policy:
We will give a full refund of the rental amount and security deposit
if you cancel the reservation 30 days or more prior to your first
scheduled rental date. If you cancel between 30 and 7 days prior to
your first scheduled rental date, your deposit will be forfeited and
we will refund 85% of the rent. If you cancel the reservation
within 6 days of your first scheduled rental date, your deposit will
be forfeited, and we will return 50% of the rent. No refund without
notice.
