The weather here is wonderful, the ocean is breathtaking, and the sound of the surf is incredible! 
There is so much to do here: walking on the beach, taking in a show, playing a round of golf, 
boating, fishing, parasailing, shopping, and lots more. Why don't you schedule some time in our 
condo now to make sure you get the break you deserve! 

Oceanfront end-unit condo, with wrap around balcony, oversized two-bedroom unit, with a king, two 
twins, and pull out sofa. This is a concrete building with elevator.

We are constantly updating our condo for all of our enjoyment. We recently added all new bedroom 
furniture, sofa, chairs, refrigerator, washer/dryer, porcelain tile in hallway and kitchen, and wi-
fi.


WINTER RATES: $1050/Month! If you stay 91 days or more, there is no sales tax! Cleaning will occur 
after you leave at no additional charge.

Master Bedroom: King Bed, TV, all new furniture, bed, bedding, and blackout curtains in this room in 
2007.  Jetted tub in bath.

2nd Bedroom: 2 twin beds, TV, furniture, bedding and curtains updated in 2007.

Convertible Bed: New pull-out sofa installed in 2007. 

Shared Pool: You can view the pool area from the large wrap-around balcony. 

Full Kitchen: Cooking Utensils Provided, New refrigerator was installed in 2007 and has ice maker.  
Also has Dishwasher and Microwave 

Large wrap-around balcony. No grills allowed on balcony. 

View/Location Beachfront: The view is incredible and the ocean/beach is only steps away.
