concrete building with elevator.
We are constantly updating our condo for all of our enjoyment. We
recently added all new bedroom furniture, sofa, chairs, refrigerator,
stove, washer/dryer, porcelain tile in hallway and kitchen, new bathrooms, and wi-fi.

WINTER RATES: $999/Month plus tax. If you stay 91 days or more, there is no
sales tax! Cleaning will occur after you leave at no additional

Convertible Bed: New pull-out sofa installed in 2007.
Shared Pool: You can view the pool area from the large wrap-around
balcony.
Full Kitchen: Cooking Utensils Provided, New refrigerator was
installed in 2007 and has ice maker. Also has Dishwasher and
Microwave.
Large wrap-around balcony. No grills allowed on balcony.
View/Location Beachfront: The view is incredible and the ocean/beach
is only steps away.
