home with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean has
private walkway from house to the Atlantic ocean. A seating
beach on the walkway allows you to enjoy the sunset, have a
glass of wine, just steps away from the waves. Comfortably
sleeps 6. 3 bedrooms, 2 oceanfront, 3 bath. Linens, towels
provided as well as beach chairs, grill etc.

This HOUSE is directly on the ocean,no ROADS to cross, near NO
CONDOS, seriously you wil be the only ones on the beach during the
weekdays. 100 feet of beach to the east and the intra coastal views
to the west. We are located only TWO MILES FROM HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST.
AUGUSTINE.

VCR,Cable,Washer/Dryer,dishwasher. Central air condition.
Atlantic Ocean 200 yards away! Private beach, NO CONDOS
near by, sometimes you will be the only one on the beach.

Beautifully decorated throughout. New floor to ceiling
windows installed this season directly facing Atlantic
Ocean. Daily dolphin sightings as you eat breakfast or relax
over a cocktail.

The spacious 18-by-25 foot oceanfront deck allows access
from the master bedroom and the living room. Watch the
dolphins play from our deck,and collect sharkteeth, and
shells during the day. Last year we had 2 turtle nests in
front of our home. One family was lucky to see it! Picnic
table on deck for outside dining. Charcoal and a electric
grill available for your use.

Close to many golf courses, downtown Historic St. Augustine
is just 5 minutes away, as is new World Golf Village. Disney-
just 90 minutes to Orlando,40 minutes to Daytona, 45 minutes
from Jacksonville. Located across from a perserve, dining
area has an open deck that ovelooks allows views to both the
Intercoastal Waterway and the Atlantic ocean. Kitchen also
overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal.

Two bedrooms overlook ocean; master bedroom with a 10-foot
sliding glass door allows direct access to ocean and ocean
views. Master bedroom has private bathroom and huge walk in
closet. Two other bedrooms have new twin beds in each, one
overlooks ocean. Brand new marble full master bathroom.
Spacious living room with 25-foot cathedral ceilings has a
spiral staircase leading to loft that overlooks the ocean.

ocean also. Option $165 per week, pool,hot tubs, work out
facility,babysitting,restaurants etc, www.serenataclub , you
pay the club directly and go as our guests.
