Vacation Rental Description

Property is located in the Castle Pines community at PGA Village
Luxuriously appointed 3 bedroom split level townhome, situated on 2 
floors. Ground floor has two double bedrooms, one with two full size 
beds the other with a King Size bed. Both rooms have walk in closets 
and access to the covered lanai overlooking the rear garden, with 
seating and barbeque. Bathroom with bath and shower, fully equipped 
laundry room with washer and dryer. A double garage completes the 
ground floor. Bedrooms have cable tv, radio alarm and telephone.
On the first floor is the main living room and dining area. Large 
cable TV and DVD. Cloakroom with washbasin and wc. Spacious fully 
equipped kitchen with all appliances and breakfast area.
The master suite comprises large bedroom with super king size bed, 
en suite bathroom with separate shower, double wash basins, 
wardrobes and walk in closet. The master suite and lounge have 
access to a large balcony overlooking the reserve, with sun beds and 
seating. 
There is a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub and childrens play area 
within 100 yards 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The PGA Golf Club is the only facility open to the public which is 
owned and operated by the PGA of America. There are 3 pay and play 
courses on site and many more within a few minutes drive. The 3 
courses, "North", "South" and "Dye"  were designed by two of the top 
golf architects in the world. They offer different challenges to all 
skill levels and are situated within the 2500 acre nature reserve.
Golf can be booked up to 13 months in advance.
There is also the 35 acre state of the art PGA learning centre with 
the most advanced practice facilities in the world.
This really is a "Golfer's Paradise"
 

Activities and Attractions

PGA Village is located 45 minutes north of West Palm Beach Airport.
Approximately 1hr 45 minutes from Disney and Orlando, and less than 
2 hours from Miami.
The Treasure Coast beaches are within 20 minutes drive as is the 
Vero Beach Designer Outlet.
Supermarkets, restaurants and every kind of store are all within a 
few minutes drive. There is a very good restaurant on site ( Johnny 
V's), as well as the PGA Clubhouse where you can enjoy breakfast, 
lunch and dinner.
The NY Mets spring training facility Tradition Field is within a few 
minutes drive.
PGA Village, a wonderful place for a vacation for the family or a 
group of golf enthusiasts.

  Jan 1 - Mar 31             950 / week
                             3000 / month

  Apr 1 - Sept 30            750/ week
                             2500/ month

  Oct 1 - Dec 31             800/ week
                             2600 / month

50% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking.
50% balance due 30 days prior to arrival
A refundable security deposit of $300 is due 30 days prior to 
arrival. This will be refunded upon inspection of the property after 
departure, unless there is any damage or loss of contents.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 30 days of 
arrival. Cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds for early 
departure. Method of payment check or money order.
