42'' flat panel TV and DVD and all the bedrooms have flat panel TV's the spacous master bathroom has  
a huge shower and a seperate jacuzzi tube with a flat panel TV for enjoyment! The home has never  
been lived in and was professionally decorated! The home also includes a 2 car garage, and a private  
elevator! The home is on the Bay and includes a pool and barbeque and last but not least HOW ABOUT A  
DOCK for your boat or just enjoy one of the best fishing spots! The beach is walking distance as  
well as shopping and dining! The home has every thing you need just bring your bathing siuts!!!!!!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Totally stocked kitchen with blender, coffee maker even a juicer! There are plenty of pots and pans  
along with tableware and flatware! there is a seperate wet bar with a wine cooler and mini fridge.  
Towels, beach chairs, sand toys are provided as well as 2 bikes! The pool is a great place to relax  
and barbeque!

Vacation Rental Rates

May-September $2000.00 per week 
October-December $2500.00 per week 
Jan,Feb,March $3500.00 per week 
April $2500.00 per week 
 
Holiday weeks 30% higher 
50% deposit required at time of reservation,Security deposit $1000.00 which will be refunded @ the  
time of departure if the house is in the same condition as the time of arrival. The remaining rent  
and a $100.00 cleaning fee is due 30 days prior to your arrival. 
The initial deposit is refundable only if there is written cancellation notice 60 days prior to the  
date of arrival.
