Vacation Rental Description

This split level 5 bedroom, 4 bath home is located 1 block from the  
private beach in the highly desirable Skyland neighborhood of Zephyr  
Cove.  Children do not have to cross major street in order to get to  
the beach. It features the following: lake view, 2 car garage, huge  
family room downstairs with sofa sleeper, t.v. cable and fireplace.  
All new carpeting throughout downstairs plus new travertine tiled  
entry. 
Downstairs also has two bedrooms and one bath; a great pool room with  
bar and t.v., & cable. The upstairs has a beautiful vaulted ceiling  
living room with huge fireplace, glass walls with automatic opener, a  
formal dining room with fireplace and deck. The kitchen is very big  
and functional with a breakfast room that opens upto a back deck &  
yard. The other 3 bedrooms upstairs each have their own baths, and a  
deck off the main master bedroom. The laundry room is also right off  
the kitchen.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The amenities included: washer & dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal,  
stove, refrigerator, bar with mini refrigerators and sink, large t.v.  
with cable in living room. Two other t.v downstairs. Great home for  
entertaining and easy living.

Activities and Attractions

The private beach for Skyland in only 1 block away on Skyland Ct.  
Perfect for kayaking, sun bathing, swimming, etc. The house is only 3  
miles from Cave Rock Launching area for boats. Only 4 miles from  
shopping, video store, coffee shop, post office, etc. And only 2  
miles from Zephyr Cove resort area for boat & jet ski rentals.

Vacation Rental Rates

This large home will rent for $600 per night with a refundable  
deposit of $2000 per week. And a non-refundable cleaning deposit of  
$150. There is a 3 night minimum stay required. This rate is a summer  
rate from January 1st, 2007 through September 1st,2007. See calendar
