acre island with a 15 acre nature preserve.This is a special place especially for the boaters. The 
island is indeed a real island and you must have a boat,your own,or we wll help you arrange for a 
boat rental or for a taxi boat with captain to transport you from the nearby village of Cortez. The 
island is located at the North East end of Longboat Key in the crystal waters of Longboat Key Pass. 
The home is elevated on 8' pilings with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, Longboat Pass and 
Sarasota Bay.It has a fine deep water dock for mooring your large boat or yacht of 6' draft, having 
a dept of 9'.  
*Enjoy the luxury of swimming, snorkling and fishing,just steps from the door of your own private 
waterfront getaway. Take a 2 minute boat ride to one of the most spectacular white sand beaches on 
the Gulf of Mexico. Experience the native Florida surroundings and spectacular water views from the 
gazebo which is great spot for barbeques and entertaining your group. Enjoy the privacy and 
tranquility of this special piece of paradise. Explore the islands' nature trails where you will see 
Great Blue Heron, Piliated Woodpecker,Gopher Tortoises,Raccoons and Great Horned Owls. Watch the 
dolphins play in the bay as you relax in a hammock at 
sunset.

available anywhere in the world.  Snook, trout, redfish,tarpon and grouper are just a few of the 
fish that are plentiful and can be caught right from the dock

*Included in this package is a secure waterfront commercial parcel for parking and dockage located 
15 minutes from this island home in the village of Cortez.

*Seasonal price $3000.00 per month. $1,500.00 per week.  
*Long term rental price $2,000. per mo plus utilities.  

*First month and last month + $1000.00 security deposit required.
