Sea Colony is a gated resort community with 24-hour security. It is approximately 3 hours drive from Washington D.C., Baltimore and Philadelphia and 4 hours drive from New Jersey and New York.

Our charming 975 sq ft. lakefront villa/duplex overlooks the panoramic view of the West Lake. It has vaulted ceiling and easy one floor living (no unit above or below you). Therefore, providing lots of privacy and is light and airy. Here, you'll enjoy the best of the lake activities. You can "cruise" the lake in your *kayak,  enjoy blue gills and catfish fishing in the "catch n release" lake or relax on the private gated deck with the lake and gazebo view (including  the ducks and birds keeping you company) . 3 minutes walk from the unit is a sandy play area where you can soak in the sun while your kids build sand-castle, play at a playground, basketball and tennis court nearby.

Complimentary shuttle stop (operates Memorial Day - Labor Day) is approximately a 100 yards walk and will take you to all the pools and tennis courts) including Sea Colony very own private beach 1/2 mile away (no worries about parking). If you like, you may even walk/bike to the beach!

We have decorated the unit with tasteful furnishings and decor with your comfort in mind.  This is a fantastic beach/tennis vacation resort to enjoy with loved ones, recreational clubs or romantic getaways. You'll feel "at home away from home" as guests return often.

*Daily Rate:  3-nights  minimum ($50 cleaning fees extra for 3 nights or less) plus additional refundable $300 security deposit. **International renters   US $10 for postage and handling of keys.

Bring own bed/pillow linens, towels, personal toiletries and paper products.  Everything else will be provided including pillows and blankets.

The unit is fully furnished.  There are no extra space for rental cribs and portable beds/mattresses.

*There is a per-person guest badges required by Sea Colony resort which covers most amenities and parking depending on the season:$40.00 (6/15 -8/30, $17.00(5/11 -6/14 and 8/31-9/13) and $12.00 (1/1-5/10 and 9/14 to 12/31) per-guests, per-week ages 4 and older. This guest badges gives you unlimited access to most Sea Colony facilities (kids camp are extra).  You purchase these badges when you get to the resort.

*Booking are on "first come first serve basis" and requires a full payment (certified/bankers check or postal money order) and signed lease contract.
