This lovely 3 bedroom lakefront home is close to Ithaca and the ideal summer
location for relaxing and enjoying all of the beauty and
entertainment that the Finger Lakes region has to offer. On the
west side of Cayuga Lake just 3 miles from Ithaca, this fully
updated home sleeps up to 6 people (1 Qn, 1Dbl, 2 Sgl). With a 40 ft
dock and 10 ft walk-in/walk-out beach area, you can fish, swim, or
just relax and enjoy the view of Cornell University. The large open
layout and walls of windows offer a bright panoramic view of the
lake, which lies just 35 ft from your front door.
Due to the relaxing, family oriented nature of our residence and
neighborhood, please note that we DO NOT allow large parties
(bacholer, wedding receptions, graduation, reunions, etc). Please
feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Wireless internet. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave,
coffeemaker and anything we could think you might need for your
stay; Washer/dryer; radio/CD/mp3 player, TV/DVD/VCR; you provide the linens and we
supply the blankets; gas BBQ grill and outdoor fire pit; attached
deck with deck furniture; you are responsible for cleaning before
you leave. Large parking area behind the house with stairway leading
to the back door.
