Freshly renovated classic 3 bedroom lakefront home is close to Ithaca and the ideal location for relaxing and enjoying all of the beauty and entertainment that the Finger Lakes region has to offer. On the west side of Cayuga Lake just 3 miles from Ithaca, this fully updated home with brand new designer kitchen sleeps up to 6 people (1 Qn, 1Dbl, 2 Sgl). With a large dock and 10 ft walk-in/walk-out beach area, you can fish, swim, or just relax and enjoy the view of Cornell University and Ithaca. The large open layout and porch offer a bright panoramic view of the lake, which lies just 35 ft from your front door. Plenty of parking behind the house and easy house access using elevator. Due to the relaxing, family oriented nature of our residence and neighborhood, please note that we DO NOT allow large parties (bacholer, wedding receptions, graduation, reunions, etc).
