outside patio to included all the extras such as BBQ Pitt and gas 
grill for outdoor cooking. The  
downstairs floor plan is open to accommodate small parties. The 
property is fully secure with  
outside motion lighting and alarm system. The kitchen has all 
appliances to include  
stove, refrigerator, microwave and a separate washroom for your 
convenience. The Garden  
District in New Orleans has its own private security patrol 24 hours a 
day.

The property is located two blocks from the parade route for Mardi 
Gras and 10 minutes from the New  
Orleans Superdome. Also, a newly constructed brick patio for outdoor 
BBQ or Grill fun. The patio is

you arrive.  
Other Fees: Cleaning will be deducted from deposit. Also, Standard 
guests of 4 per  
rental or 25.00 per extra person. The cleaning fee is a standard 
charge of $125.00. Maid service is  
available by request for an additional charge. If needed, there will 
be a fee for extraordinary  
cleaning and for any damages.
