Extremely Cozy- 3 bedroom 2 bathroom + a Loft. Sleeps 8 people
comfortably. The house is beautifully furnished and professionally
decorated.Wood Burning Fireplace, Fully stocked kitchen, Jacuzzi Tub
in the Master bathroom.
Furniture is new and the house is immaculate! Located in
Laurelwoods at Big Boulder Resort right next to the Mountain! You
can walk (less then 5 minute walk)or let the free shuttle pick you
up. Big Boulder has Night Skiing and Tubing, lift tickets are also
good for Jack Frost mountain(10 minutes away)
The Village at Split Rock with a Movie theatre, Bowling, Golf, An
awesome Video Arcade with pool tables and air hockey, and of course
great Restaurants. The village at split rock is located on Lake
Harmony less then 5 minutes away. **NEW this year is an AWESOME Indoor Waterpark at Splitrock** Make sure you check it out!
There are also some great restaurants to choose from within minutes
of our condo, like "Nick's Lakehouse" located on Lake
Harmony, "Shenanigan's" is next to "Nicks" and "The Terra Cotta
Cafe", across the street, has the BEST breakfast I've ever had!!.

All of the comforts of home....televisions DVD,VCR,Cable.
Washer/Dryer in the unit and a beautiful Wood Burning Fireplace in
the living room...(Unfortunately we don't provide wood anymore) 
High Vaulted ceilings in all the rooms and ceiling fans plus cental AC. The windows
all have nice views of nature (not other units in the complex).
The Deck is very peaceful with a nice view of Big Boulder lake and also of
the ski slopes at Big Boulder resort. Big Boulder keeps the night skiing
lights on all night so you get an awesome view of the mountain all
night long!

Big Boulder Ski resort is a 5 min walk or take the free shuttle in
the winter. Big boulder lake is directly across the street and has a
nice private walking path. No power boats are allowed on Big boulder lake so its a great place to fish or swim. Hickory Run state park is 10 minutes and
has excellent hiking & biking trails, frisbee golf, fishing and a
beach with lifeguards in the summer. The NASCAR Pocono Racetrack is about 5 minutes away.
