The condo is centrally located in the heart of Kelowna along the
downtown waterfront. You are only a short walk to the many
attractions found downtown Kelowna or a short drive to numerous golf
courses and vineyards. Prospera Place home of the Kelowna Rockets
WHL Hockey Team is 2 minute walk from the condo. Big White Ski Hill
is only 45 Miles South East of Kelowna; hit the slopes during the
day and take in all that Kelowna has to offer in the evenings.

The condo has been furnished with comfortable high quality furniture.
You will have more than enough room to relax in the 1450
sq/ft of luxury living. Enjoy dinner and the view of the water from
two patios. The condo is also conveniently located on the third
floor along with the outdoor pool, hot tub and tennis courts. During
your stay you will find all the comforts found in some of the finest
hotels. We have put a great deal of thought into making your stay a
memorable one.

Each bedroom features pillow top mattresses with hypoallergenic down
comforters.

The Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. In the master
bedroom you will find a dresser, night stands with lamps and alarm
clocks, as well as a TV and DVD player. It features a walk through
closet to the Master bathroom. The master bathroom has a custom
finish with tile floors, countertops, and shower surround. The
master bedroom has a private patio that is accessed only from the
master bedroom. The Patio is furnished with a table and chairs.


The Second Bedroom

This bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, dresser, and
nightstand with lamp and alarm clock. This room has its own TV and
DVD player.

The Third Bedroom

This bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a Extra long twin
above the Queen and twin trundle below. There is also a dresser, and
nightstand with a lamp and alarm clock. This room has its own TV and
DVD player.

The Main Bathroom

The main bathroom contains custom features such as tile floors,
countertops, and tub surround. The bathroom has a tub with shower,
toilet, and sink. There are cabinets with plenty of storage for your
personal items.

The Dining Room

The dining room features a large table with comfortable chairs and
seating for eight. There is additional seating around the bar off
the kitchen.

Living Room

The condominium features a spacious living room with leather
furniture and a classic yet comfortable décor. The living room has a
gas fire place, HDTV TV, and DVD player.


The Kitchen

The condo boasts a large custom kitchen with tile floors and
countertops with maple cabinets. Appliances include a gas range and
oven, large refrigerator with freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The
kitchen is fully-equipped with all the items you will need and more.

The Main Patio

The patio has comfortable furniture great for relaxing any time of the
day. A natural gas
barbecue is also available on the patio for great summer BBQs.

The Utility Room

The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer along with enough
storage
space for your luggage and other storage needs. An iron and ironing
board are also provided.
