beautiful Sea of Cortez. Excellent layout for a family of 4, master 
bedroom has own master bath, second bedroom is accross the hall from 
the second bathroom. Beautifully decorated, includes DVD and CD/MP3 
players, and FREE internet access via ethernet or USB. 
Complex has 3 pools. Half mile walk to downtown San Jose or Sea of 
Cortez Beaches, new shopping centers. Short 15 min. drive to 
swim/snorkel beaches.

Activities and Attractions

San Jose del Cabo is abundant with nice restaurants, upscale 
shopping, lovely beaches, golf course, and internet cafes. Most of 
the year the beaches are not swimmable, however there are two public 
protected coves which are a short 15 minute drive that are great for 
swimming and snorkeling. Whale watching in the winter is 
unbelievable, the sport fishing in the summer is world famous.

LOW Season:  May thru Dec. 14th   $90 / night  $550 / week
HIGH Season: Jan thru April       $100/ night  $600 / week
HOLIDAY Season: Dec. 15th thru Jan. 2       $130/ night
