Vacation Rental Description

bedroom, 2 bath bayfront resort home!  Located on mile marker 66 on 
Long Key, this tropical paradise is close to Key West and the tiki 
bar at Islamorada.  Besides the great location, the home is directly 
on the bay which lends itself to the most spectacular sunsets ever!  
Sit on the beautiful furnished balcony and watch the bay for any 
dolphin or tarpin sightings.  If the weather gets too warm, just 
jump into the crystal clear bay and cool off.  Or snorkel and 
explore the magnificent marine life with the occasional run in with 
a manatee.  This 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom modular home is decorated in 
true Keys decor.  The bedroom are spacious and very clean.  The 
kitchen is fully stocked.  There is a pull out sofa in the living 
area for additional sleeping.  This home looks brand new.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Items in the home:  Central a/c, sofa-bed, barbeque grill,fish 
cutting table, outside shower, 3 tvs with cable, stereo with CD 
player, dishes and utensils, washer and dryer, refrigerator, towels

feet of dock space.  No smoking and no pets.  Amenities in the 
resort:  24 hour security and maintenance, olympic size swimming

boat ramp, tiki huts, private beach, volleyball

Vacation Rental Rates

From $1000 to $1500 per week.  Rates include cleaning fee and 
taxes.  Monthly rates are available.  $500 security deposit required 
to confirm; serves as damage deposit and is refundable upon 
inspection after departure.  Signed rental agreement required.  Full 
payment required 30 days prior to arrival. $100 maximum electricity 
when rented monthly.  50% refund of deposit if cancelled within 30 
days. Note  ***RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE DURING PEAK SEASON AND
