Ocean Front Condo, On The Sand in Pismo Beach

This incredible oceanfront, two-story condo is on the sand, with
white-water ocean views from all main rooms. It's located by the
access to the Pismo Beach State Park (Oceano Dunes), where vehicles
may still be driven on the beach. Built in 1991, it is in a complex
of only five units in Oceano, a small town just a couple of miles
south of Pismo Beach.
There is electronic gated access to subterranean parking, with
assigned parking spots for two vehicles. Enjoy swimming, surfing,
whale and bird watching, horseback riding on the beach, or just
kicking back and watching the sunset from one of your two private
patios.
