Our condo is about 75 yds to the beach, and we have a peek of the 
ocean from our wonderful double-sized balcony. 

Newly Decorated and updated.  Newer loveseat and Queen 
sleeper sofa, all newer appliances, paint, 
window treatments, accessories, and much more.  This condo is a real 
treat!  Sleeps up to 6, NO Smoking and NO Pets.

2 bedrooms / 2 full baths.  Queen in Master with adjoining full 
bath, 2 twins in Guest & queen sleeper sofa.  
Located Mid-Island in Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort in the 
Admiral's Row Buildings.  

We provide Beach Chairs, Boogie Boards, Beach Toys, beach cart, 
umbrella, cooler, tennis rackets, basketball, and even family games 
so you don't have to travel with so many items.

Winter    Oct 13, 2007 - Mar 15, 2008 -   $395/week, $95/night

All rates must add SC state & local tax of 11%.  Nightly rentals are 
accepted with a 3 night minimum. Rates are subject to change 
without notice and are not guaranteed until confirmed. Holiday
