Serenity Place is a large lakefront home with a beautiful and serene
water view located on the south end of Lake Keowee in Seneca. Lake
Keowee is unaffected by the drought
and this home has deep water at the dock! The
home has 6 bedrooms and 5-1/2 baths, and is approximately 6400 square
feet. The home has two decks overlooking the lake and a picnic area
near the private dock. The house is located close to the lake with a
mild incline. There is a 2 car garage.

The upstairs of the home has three bedrooms and two baths, with a
queen bed and crib in an adjoining room, and 2 queen beds in the
other two bedrooms. The main floor has a large exquisite sunroom
overlooking the lake (with TV/DVD/VCR), a large dining room that
seats 12, a master bedroom with a king bed, master bathroom, a half
bath (newly remodeled) and a fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs
there are two game
rooms with pool table and air hockey, foosball, ping pong along with
many board games, a large den (with TV/DVD/VCR), game table which
seats 6, and two bedrooms, one newly remodeled (2 twins and a king),
and two bathrooms.

The home is a Non Smoking and Pet Free Home - No exceptions!

Private boat dock, nearby access to boat ramp, two car garage, gas
grill, fully equipped kitchen, pool table, air hockey, ping pong,

Linens & towels provided, as well as cleaning after departure.

Your boat, or rental boat, can be tied to side of covered dock.
Please note that our boat is kept on the lift in the center, but
there is plenty of room on either side of the dock to keep your boat
(s) or jet ski.

Boating (rental available at the Marina), water skiing, sailing,
swimming, hiking, golfing, miniature golf, nearby movie theater and
shopping and numerous restaurants 5-10 minutes from the home.

$3200 per week from May 5 to September 30, 2007
$2500 per week from October 1 to May 4, 2007
$ 300 additional per week for Holiday weeks
$1400 per weekend (2 nights) when available - please inquiry
$1800 for 3 night minimum applies on certain weekends - please inquire
$ 700 Care Deposit required
