Our luxury villa is set on a prestigious premium lot
in the Sanctuary Resort of the Glenbrook Community. Located just 7
miles from Disney World, this is truly the vacation resort of the
future with a resort style clubhouse and recreation center, complete
with tennis and volleyball courts, exercise facilities, a large
communal pool and on-site Management available for 24 hour guest
services!

Space and luxury abound in this home. Each room has been carefully
furnished and decorated by the owners to meet their own demanding
standards. It features a large comfortable Family Room with a queen
sized sofa bed, a 36” flat screen color TV and a Playstation II,
giving access directly to the deck and a private pool. The living
room is for those quiet moments to just sit back and relax. The
formal dining room provides an elegant setting for that special meal,
or for entertaining. The full sized kitchen has all basic appliances,
including a large fridge/freezer with icemaker, and a breakfast
table. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron &
ironing board.

The master bedroom, with its own Jacuzzi whirlpool and sitting area-
providing access to deck and pool, has a king-sized bed with a large
walk-in closet, TV & DVD player. The second master bedroom has a
queen-sized bed, large en-suite bathroom (tub with spa jets, large
shower and sinks) and TV & DVD player. There are also two additional
bedrooms, one with a twin beds and the other with a set of Disney
bunk beds. Each bedroom is also equipped with a alarm clock and a TV.
The villa sleeps a maximum of 10 people. It has a private pool
(additional charge for heating), adjoining hot tub, Jacuzzi and
extended deck area. The villa is recently upgraded with games room
including Air Hockey and Pool Tables.

The Villa is located on US27 and just 1.5 miles north of Hwy192 and
its vast array of shops, restaurants and entertainment. New Super
Walmart is 1/2 mile away.

Attractions such as Walt Disney World (8 miles), Universal Studios,
Epcot, MGM Studios and Animal Kingdom are all within 5 to 15 minutes
drive of the Villa. Major Shopping Malls are within 20 minutes and
Supermarkets such as Publix, K.Mart & Wal Mart all within 3-10 miles.
Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes drive.

Clubhouse has Internet access, movies, Pool, Tennis, Volleyball, Gym,
free DVD rental and Games room.

US Holidays (Easter, Thansgiving, Christmas and New Year) are charged
at high season rate.

The above prices are NOT INCLUDED 13% State, Local Sales & Tourism
Taxes. Pool heat is optional and is charged at $25 per day if
requested at the time of booking.

For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning charge of $90 per
booking.

A deposit of $250 is required at the time of booking to secure your
reservation. The balance is then due 10 weeks before arrival.
