Vacation Rental Description

One of the most desired locations in WaterColor! Located 
approximately 2 blocks from the beautiful, amazingly clear waters of 
the Gulf and the WaterColor Beach Club pool complex area, this home 
is in the heart of WaterColor! Guests of this property will also 
enjoy the close proximity of this home on Rainbow Row to the 
neighboring community of Seaside. This cottage is steps away from 
WaterColor’s signature Cerulean Park, with a spacious green space 
and play area. It defines a long “water axis” that connects the 
beachfront and main entrance to the highest point of land on the 
other side of Western Lake. Guests can also enjoy the many other 
gardens, ponds and paths located throughout. 
108 Silver Laurel Way is a three bedroom, three bath luxury cottage 
offering an open floor plan to comfortably accommodate families with 
children. It sleeps 6-8, and offers queen size beds in two of the 
bedrooms and extra large twin beds in the third bedroom. If 
additional sleeping accommodations are needed, there is an 
additional sleeper sofa as well. Four TVs and DVDs are located in 
the home, as well as, many additional extras that guests would 
expect in a luxury vacation rental.

Watercolor amenities offer you more than just the pleasures of the beach.  The luxurious beach club 
offers a huge gulf-front pool, cafe, bar, towels, beach sundries, and a fitness center downstairs.  
The Boat House, located on Western Lake, offers rentals of kayaks, sailboats, canoes, motor boats 
and fishing equipment. Throughout the 499 acre resort of WaterColor you will find several perfectly 
manicured parks, perfect for family picnics and games. Town Center has retail stores, cafes and the 
clock tower fountain. The Tennis Center features a stadium court surrounded by a grass-stepped 
terrace for the gallery, and five Har-Tru HydroCourts, including three that are lit for night play.  
Restaurants, a health spa, 5 pools, and hiking trails round out the array of resort offerings you 
can enjoy.
