fully equipped kitchen, internet access and ski locker at Main Lodge 
included. 

* Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults

   down comforter.
- 2 bunk beds, 1 with memory foam mattress topper & electric blanket
- 27" LCD Flat Screen TV that swivels for viewing from sleeping area

Vacation Rental Amenities

* Internet Access

* Includes Ski Locker at Main Lodge (steps to Chair 6) to keep your skis 
and snowboards, boots, ski clothing, and food in for the duration of your stay.
You won't have to schlep your your stuff back and forth each day-- and it is
nice to be able to hit the locker throughout the day for adding/discarding 
extra layers, grabbing snacks, etc. Main Lodge is a great base to ski and ride
from for those who prefer quick access to the top/"the steeps" and the 
World Class "Unbound Snowboard Park".   Also located at Main Lodge is WoolyWood
Children's Ski/Snowboard school, an excellent beginner hill and access to two sides 
of the mountain-- for much diversity on the inumerable blue runs.  

* Pool, 3 jacuzzis, saunas, laundry facilities, picnic 
and BBQ areas, single level unit with 2 steps at entrance to 
building, 1 parking space provided.  

* Directly on the green line shuttle (right outside door) to skiing 
at Eagle Lodge and new Cloud 9 Express.   One block from red line 
shuttle to Main Lodge, Village, Gondola.  Condo is situated in 
well maintained Mountain Shadows Condominiums on Sierra Nevada Rd 
one block from Old Mammoth Rd.  The unit is in the corner building 
at east end of complex --closest to red & green line shuttles and 
town.  Mountain Shadows has an on-site manager from 9 a.m to 5 p.m.  

The condo is privately owned and managed--our family vacation home. 
We value a lovely, clean environment after a glorious day on the 
hill-- and strive to give our guests a memorable experience.    If you 
prefer to stay at the Village/Gondola and/or have a larger party we have
a premiere 2 bedroom 2 bath unit that may be available as well.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer/Fall (June 1 - Nov 30) 2 night minimum
   $95 per night
   $475 weekly (6 nights)

Winter:  (Dec. 1 - April 15) 2 night minimum
   $120    Sun - Thur 
   $145    Fri, Sat 
   $675    Weekly (6 nights)

Holiday:  3 night minimum   
$145 per night - Thanksgiving and Spring Break
$165 per night - Christmas, New Year's (Dec 21 thru Jan 5 ), MLKing 
(Jan 18 thru 20), Presidents Day Ski Week (Feb 15 thru 23)  

Plus:
* $55 Cleaning/Linen Fee  
* 13% Transient Occupancy Tax.   
* $300 Refundable Security deposit required one week prior to check in. 
* VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Accepted
* Must be at least 25
