A large luxury 4 bedroomed, 2.5 bathroom family owned villa located in
the highly sought after area of “Lindfields”. The private pool is
secluded, has a sun lanai providing shade, fully screened and
has ample poolside furniture, within a high fenced garden.
The villa is fully air conditioned and has ceramic floors to the ground
floor, this feels wonderful underfoot after a hot day. The lounge has
large high vaulted ceilings going right to the roof of the villa it's a
spacious and relaxing. Adjoinig the open plan lounge is the dining room
and kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted kitchen and easy to get around.
There is a separate kids lounge equipped with TV, PS 2/DVD and games.
An additional Games room with 2 Pool Tables, High Octane Air Hockey, Darts and hand held computer games. A separate Utility Room with Washer,
Dryer, Ironing board and Iron. The villa has a large king master
bedroom fully furnished with a luxury en-suite bathroom,
including shower, hot tub and walk in closet. Second queen double
bedroom overlooks the pool and has fitted wardrobes, next to
the Family Bathroom fitted with Shower/Bath. Bedrooms 3 & 4
are fully furnished with twin single beds and fitted wardrobes.

Great Villa, highly recommended

We have stayed in a number of villas in the Lindfields area but by far this is the best, with its spacious layout allowing everyone to have their own space. The quality of the Villa is to a high standard.
The booking process was very easy and Angelina and Terry very courteous and helpful.
The games room was well equipped for the few times we have time to actually use it and the addition of WIFI allowed us the ease of communicating with friends and family back home.

We will certainly look at booking this villa again in the future.

Being British the only addition we would ask for is a Teapot.

Owners response: Thank you for such a warming review it really helps to know we are getting it right for our guests. You guys are so right we have been letting down the tea drinking capital of the world. We will get that important Teapot this sorted straight away.

Just to let all our guests know we have just bought new furniture for the Lounge, Kids Lounge and Dining Room to make your stay even more comfortable.

Look No Further. This is the One! No Worries

Dear Traveler,
This is the property for you. There are no surprises. The house looks exactly like the pictures on the website. It is a big, beautiful, clean, well-maintained and comfortable house. We absolutely loved the swimming pool. The owners are very easy to work with and the entire transaction was worry-free. The owners are so thorough with the information they give you, that they even listed the nearest hospital. I highly recommend this property for your next vacation and I make my recommendation without any reservations. Have fun!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Great Time- Great Location

This was an absolute perfect house in a perfect location to Disney and Universal Studios. Was very clean and the pool was perfect size. House was much bigger than we imagined. It was humid when we were there and the AC and the pool temperature were very refreshing. Angelina and Terry were very helpful and quick to respond to all of our crazy questions. Even gave us helpful tips on where to get groceries and souvenirs. We have told our friends and relatives when looking into Disney World to definitely check out this house. You will not be disappointed with this Dream Villa. We had plenty of room and was nice having the 2 1/2 baths. Couldn't even imagine staying a week in a hotel with all of us. Had to contact management company about clothes dryer not drying and they fixed it that day before we got back home. Great customer service.
Thanks again Angelina and Terry for helping make our kids first visit to Florida even more memorable.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car
