relax with a cocktail and catch the awesome Florida sunsets as you
relax and ponder tomorrow's holiday itinerary! Or why not try your
hand at fishing from the dock (poles supplied).
Villa Sunshine is an exclusive, centrally air-conditioned villa in a
quiet and sophisticated American neighborhood with panoramic views
over the crossing of four wide waterways. Ideal for children with
SunSplash Water Park just minutes away.
Enjoy breakfast on the south facing pool terrace or the dining room
which looks out onto the pool.
Everything is provided to make your vacation complete, inclusive bed
linens and bath linens. The owners use the property frequently so
it is furnished to a very luxurious and very comfortable standard.

Villa Sunshine offers luxury accommodation for six with spacious
double-aspect living room and formal dining room.
The property has a Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk in
closet; Queen-size bed and, of course, sliding door access to the
pool area and panoramic views over a waterfront vista.
The two guest bedrooms are on the other side of the living area --
one with a Queen bed and one with twin beds. Both are located
adjacent to a full bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer with ice and water
dispenser; a full size range; coffee maker, blender, toaster, bagel
toaster, saucepans, skillets and cutlery and china. No need to bring
anything -- just yourselves!
The living area has three comfortable couches, a leather recliner
chair and a back projector 52 in color television, recordable DVD,
stereo unit and CD/radio for use by the pool or on the dock while
fishing or working on that tan.

Cape Coral is the absolute paradise for fishermen, golfers, and sun
and fun seekers. Snow white beaches and shelling are very nearby.
Cape Coral is known as the 'Venice' of Florida with 640 km of
canals. It is just 20 minutes away from the tropical islands of
Sanibel and Captiva, with their palm fringed beaches and clear blue
waters.
It feels like the well worn tourist paths have not yet reached this
area, but in neighboring Fort Myers there is restaurants and
shopping galore and good airport and interstate transport links.
'Sun Splash Water Park' is close by and shops and nearest public
beaches are a 10 minute drive.

Rates are based on up to four persons renting the property. Each additional
adult $50 weekly. Children under 14 free.
$900 weekly from October 1 thru December 21 2009, $1,050 weekly from December 22 thru December 31, 2009;
$975 weekly from January 1 2010 thru April 30, 2010; $900 weekly from May 1, 2010 thru September 30, 2010; $975 weekly from October 1, 2010 thru November 30, 2010; $1050 weekly from
December 1, 2010 thru December 31, 2010.
20% deposit to confirm reservation.
Balance one month prior to vacation.
$250 security deposit against damage, long distance telephone calls
etc.
$130 final cleaning charge payable to caretakers on departure.
