It’s All Good

“It’s All Good” at Oak Island because this cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath
island cottage is just what the family beach vacation doctor
ordered. Just 10 minute walk (straight line to the beach!) to the
beach access and the Yaupon Beach Pier. This charming 3 bedroom/2
bath house offers everything that you and the family need to make
your stay at Oak Island memorable. Enjoy your privacy each morning
with your coffee and paper on the back porch in the large fenced in
back yard, or choose to sit under 3 big ceiling fans on the screened
in front porch.

Have some fun at the beach! Walk directly to the beach access (just
a 10 minute walk!) or load up and drive directly to the parking
area. When you return, you can use the outside privacy shower for
rinsing off and cleaning up. Large cement porch area at the front
of the house provides more than enough space to spread out the
chairs, toys and carts for washing and preparing for the next day.
Outside shower has hot and cold water, and is connected to a roll
out hose for washing off your stuff at the end of the day.

Local seafood is just around the corner with over (5) local markets
within a 5 minute drive from the house. Or, choose one of the many
local restaurants on the island also within a 5 minute drive. Want
to drive into Southport? That is just a 15 minute drive. When you
are at “It’s All Good” you are at the front of the island putting
you within a convenient reach of all of the amenities and
attractions for your vacation. Goofy Golf, Go Carts, Boat Rentals,
Pier fishing, local beach stores and restaurants all within minutes
of the house.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There are 2 main living
areas with a fully equipped kitchen in between. So, the kids
can “hang” on one side of the hose and the adults have all the
privacy they need on the other. Take some of your favorite movies
to play in either the DVD or VCR in the living areas. Kids room is
very welcoming including a hand crafter maple porch swing hanging
from the rafters. Day bed sleeps one and a pull out trundle sleeps
another. Guest bedroom has it’s own full bath and sleeps 2 with a
full size bed. Master Bedroom is very large offering a full bath,
large closet and access to the wash room. You will like having the
washer and drier available to you for cleaning beach towels and
cloths. Enjoy the king size bed in the master bedroom when it is
time to turn in. We are big on comfort, so each bed in each room
has brand new premium mattress sets (replaced in May, 2005).

Want to grill out some evenings? Back door access gets you into
your fenced in back yard where you can grill out and relax. The
back yard is a grass yard, so take off your shoes and enjoy the feel
of soft grass under your feet for a game of toss. Enjoy your dinner
on the screened in front porch by candlelight, or come inside where
your dining area seats 6. "It's All Good" is a non smoking
property, but if you are going to smoke you can do so on the back
porch or front screened in porch. Please do not smoke inside of the
house out of respect for our property. Collect all cigarette butts
and cigar stubs when you check out.

Everything you would need at home you will find at “It’s All Good”.
Just let yourself in upon arrival and then lock the door on the way
out. Cleaning services are provided in your rental fee when for
when you check out. “It’s all good”. . . .at Oak Island.

(3) bedrooms and (2) full baths, cable TV and VCR, (2) living rooms
and a kitchen in between, washer/dryer, phone for local use only,
Linens provided (bedding, towels, sheets etc. . .), NEW mattresses
in each room (May 2005). Kitchen is full use with everything
provided for cooking. Microwave, dishwasher, utincels, frig, oven
etc. . . Kids room is a day bed and a pull out trundle for
sleeping (2). Master is King size bed and guest bed is a Queen.
Sofa in first living room also pulls out for extra company. Large
fenced in back yard for total privacy with back deck area. Screened-
in front porch with small hibachi gas grill for cooking out. Large
front deck with outside privacy shower and wash-off hose for your
chairs and beach items. Ceiling fans in each room and (3) large
ceiling fans on front porch for total afternoon comfort. heat and
A/C (of course !!)
"It's All Good" is a turn key house.

You are at the front of the Island, so everything you want to get
out and do (shopping, walking, dining out and access to the beach)
is simply convenient and close. The Pier is at the end of the
street, and (5) local seafood markets are within 5 minutes of your
driveway if you are looking for local fresh catches of the day.
Shelling, fishing, putt putt, go-carts, movie theater, boat rentals,
biking, intracoastal exploring, fishing, shopping and day trips are
within minutes of "It's All Good". Southport, NC is 15 minutes away
and Wilmington, NC is 45 minutes away. Walk to the beach access at
the end of our street (10 minute walk), or pack up and drive there
in 60 seconds.

May 1, 07 - June 1, 07 (in Season) = $110/nt. (6 guest max)
June 1, 07 - Sept 1, 07 (peak) = $125/nt. (6 guest max)
More than 6 guests? = $20/ea.
Rates do not include tax and $80 cleaning fee. 3 night minimum
required. (1) week rental is Sat - Sat (7 nights) and cleaning fee
is free. Deposit of 1/2 rental due upon booking. Balance due 1
month before arrival date. 1/2 deposit refunded if cancel before 10
days of arrival. Damage and key deposit total = $200
