Vacation Rental Description

Built in 1927, Long Barn Cabin is a comfortable, quiet, two story 
2200 sq. ft. house/cabin, located 1 hour from the central valley and 
3 hours from San Francisco in an uncrowded area of the High Sierras. 
Long Barn Cabin sits 5,000 ft above sea level for a true mountain 
get-away experience. On clear nights, the stars crowd the sky in a 
brilliant canopy. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Long Barn Cabin sleeps 8-12 comfortably
Master Bedroom: 1 King bed,1 twin bed, private full bath
Second Bedroom: 2 twin beds
Third Bedroom: 1 Full bed & 1 Queen, private full bath
Greatroom: Queen sleeper sofa, Queen air mattress, half bath
quilts, comforters, linens, towels, and a washer/dryer are provided

Activities and Attractions

Yosemite National Park is just over an hour away and is an easy day 
trip.
Hike, sled or snow-shoe right out the door into Stanislaus National 
Forest, and follow the 
creek which meets the South Fork River (makes a great cross-country 
ski trail).
Just a 20 minute drive “down the hill” you’ll find the Gold Rush 
towns of Sonora, 
Jamestown and Columbia, a “working” state park. These historical 
towns are great for 
shopping, dining, and great for the kids, with lots of inexpensive 
or 
even free activities.
Award-winning Calaveras County vineyards are less than an hour away 
for wine tasting. 
Check out the nearby town of Murphys for some great art shops and 
antiques
Grocery shopping is available in Sonora along the main road leading 
to Long Barn. If you want a wider selection of gourmet groceries and 
local 
wines, try the Twain 
Harte Market in nearby Twain Harte (10 mins. "down the hill").
Dodge Ridge Ski Resort and Pinecrest Lake are only 10 minutes "up 
the 
hill."
The Long Barn Lodge ice skating rink is an easy 5 minute walk.

Vacation Rental Rates

$180 per night; $1,100 per week (7 nights); 
same for, holiday and full season rental rates.
$200 damage deposit at time of reservation, non-refundable if 
reservation is cancelled within 2 weeks of the stay.
$150 cleaning fee, nonrefundable.
Check out is 11:00 a.m. Check in is 4:00 pm. Sorry, no exceptions.
Long Barn Cabin is strictly non-smoking. 
An additional fee of $100 will be charged for smoking 
inside the cabin.
