A Slice 'O Paradise is a one of a kind property.  The original  
Vacation Rental concept was born with the idea of creating a unique  
Bed & Breakfast.  Recently renovated, into an upscale vacation  
rental offering a comfortable setting, spectacular amenities, and a  
desire to have our guests feel as if this is not just a room to  
spend a night or a week... This will be Your Home while you are our  
guest.  
 
Located in Downtown Huntington Beach, CA, A Slice 'O Paradise is  
located just 3 blocks from 9 miles of pristine beaches, the World  
Famous Huntington Beach Pier,  Main Street - which features a wide  
variety of Restaurants, Pubs & Shops,  and the Surfing Walk of  
Fame.   
After all...... Huntington Beach is known worldwide as Surf City USA. 
 
If your vacation plans call for relaxation, you can spend your days  
lounging by the Pool, Jacuzzi or Sauna while soaking up the sun as  
long as your heart desires.  If you yearn for action & activity,  
there are a vast array of nearby attractions to fill your days.....  
and your nights. 
 
A Slice 'O Paradise offers two, fully appointed Suites named after  
the nicknames of the owners two sons:  Joey & Kobie  
 
The Bobo Suite offers Two Bedrooms, One Bath, a full kitchen, a  
large dining area, skylights, and a spectacular second story patio  
overlooking the front yard, 7th Street and Orange Avenue.   
 
The Chi Suite offers One Loft-Style Bedroom, One Bath, a full  
kitchen, large living room,  one balcony overlooking the courtyard  
and Orange Avenue as well as a large natural wood deck overlooking  
the backyard, pool & jacuzzi.    
 
For larger groups, both Suites can be combined allowing for a total  
of 14 guests. 
 
Both Suites are luxuriously appointed with all new furniture and  
appliances, offering splendid accommodations while still maintaining  
the comfort and feel of a beach cottage. 
 
When you are here, you're sure to feel like you are in Paradise!

Vacation Rental Amenities

As our guest at A Slice 'O Paradise, we request one thing.. we want  
you to enjoy yourself and your stay.  The Suites are fully outfitted  
with everything you'll need for a fantastic time.  Below is a  
complete list of features which we feel will enhance your visit here  
in Paradise:  
 
- Sparkling In-Ground, Heated Pool with Diving Board. 
- 8 person Jacuzzi 
- 8 person Sauna 
- 27" Color Televisions with 200 Channel Digital Cable.  2 in Bobo  
Suite, 1 in Chi Suite. 
- Built in Gas Grill in Courtyard.  Additional Propane Grill on Chi  
Suite Deck. 
- 4 Surf Boards 
- 6 Bicycles 
- Both units are professionally cleaned and linens are changed on  
Mondays and Thursdays 
- Bath and Pool Towels are included 
- Laundry Facilities (Washer and Dryer) on site 
- All Kitchen Appliances, Cookware, Dinnerware, and Utensils  
included  
in both units 
- Complete Pool and Patio Furniture  
- 2 person Hammock 
- Office Facilities (Fax, etc.)  But, please remember, this is your  
Vacation! 
- Beach & Pool Chairs, Towels & Toys 
- The entire property is fenced for privacy

Whatever you'd like to do.. A Slice 'O Paradise can help you do it

Huntington Beach:  Just 3 short blocks from your door to the sand &  
surf.  Volleyball, Surfing, Sunning, 9 mile Paved Path for  
strolling, running, rollerblading & bicycling.  Areas for Bonfires  
and BBQ's are south of the Pier or minutes north at Huntington State  
Beach. 
 
Huntington Beach Pier:  Ruby's Restaurant, Fishing (rentals  
available), People Watching, You might even see dolphins  or sea- 
lions cruising the coast. 
 
Pier Plaza:  An outdoor concert theater featuring Free Concerts  
Sundays at 1 pm throughout the summer.  Pier Plaza also hosts an  
outdoor flea-market Saturdays & Sundays 10 am till 6 pm. 
 
Bolsa Chica Wetlands:  The Bolsa Chica Conservancy is a non-profit,  
non-political organization established to ensure the preservation,  
restoration, and enhancement of the Bolsa Chica Wetlands in  
Huntington Beach, CA.  Tours Available. 
 
Theme Parks:  Disneyland & California Adventure (15 miles), Knott's  
Berry Farm (14 miles), 6 Flags Magic Mountain & Hurricane Harbor (70  
miles), Wild Rivers Waterpark (15 miles), Lego Land (54 miles), Sea  
World (76 miles), Universal Studios (38 miles), & the San Diego Zoo

local shops that will be happy to rent equipment so you can explore  
the underwater kingdom of the Pacific.

Surfing:  Just grab one of the 'boards and walk to the beach. 
 
Volleyball:  There are over 20 sand courts located near the Pier.   
Walk down and join a game or bring a ball and start your own. 
 
Movie Stars!:  Hollywood is only 30 miles away.  From the famous  
Hollywood Sign to Graumans Chinese Theater and the Walk of Fame..  
you can see it all in just one day. 
 
Snow Skiing/Winter Sports:  Snow Summit & Big Bear are about 2 hours

Vacation Rental Rates

Bobo and Chi Suite Rental Rates: 
 
$2300 per week 
 
If you'd like to combine both Suites to accommodate parties of 8 to  
14, the weekly charge is only $4,000. 
 
$1000 Security Deposit required, $150 for one unit (or $250 for  
both) is retained for cleaning. 
 
Check-In is 3pm 
Check-Out is 10am
