Vacation Rental Description

This third row, ranch-style home welcomes you with its warm and 
inviting decor. Snuggled in a quiet residential section of North 
Forest Beach, this home is only 100 steps to the beautiful and 
uncrowded beach. A pleasant walk to great shopping and numerous 
restaurants in every price range.

Unique in design, this single-level home features a sunken living 
area and separate dining area. The dining area has vaulted ceilings 
and skylights and leads to the private pool. Enclosed off the dining 
area is the laundry room.

Separated from the other three bedrooms is the master bedroom with a 
king-size bed and private bath. The other three bedrooms are located 
on the opposite side of the house, one of which has a king-size bed 
with a full private bath. The other two bedrooms share a bath and 
each have two twins beds. Extras include a screened porch, multiple 
televisions, and a pool in a quiet and private yard, with heat 
available at an additional charge ($200/wk) or free if you rent in 
April, May, September or October.
