quiet and peaceful community.

Two-story townhouse is fully furnished and includes everything
you'll need to be comfortable. Two bedrooms upstairs, including the
Master Suite with its Master Bath. The guest room has its own full
bath, making it a "Mini-Suite". It features a trundle bed, which
can be configured as one twin bed, two twin beds, or put together as
one queen-sized bed. (Note: if Double Bed required in second bedroom
we can accommodate that request at no additional charge).

Downstairs, a comfortable living room and dining room. The kitchen
includes new Maytag appliances and every conceivable utensil,
dishes, pots and pans, etc. There's a convenient half-bath
downstairs. Private fenced-in back yard has patio furniture and a
gas grill for grilling out on warm evenings. The swimming pool is
right around the corner.

Truly a beautiful home with emphasis on comfort. We even have a 32"
flat screen TV and Lazy-Boy Recliner in the living room!
