This one bed room, fully furnished, carpeted, 1000
square foot condo with its stylish interior has all
the amenities, Central AC/Heat/ Washer/Dryer inside
the Condo/Microwave/Dishwasher Disposal/ and fully
equipped kitchen and High Speed Internet. The bedroom
has a king sized bed, linens,full bath and walk in
closet. The spacious living area includes a queen
sized sofa sleeper for guests, 2 cable TVs, and DVD
player,telephone for free local calls plus a free
Vonage phone. It has high speed internet.
Your own private locker is by the pool
for storing deck chairs, etc. You will also have your
own parking space.

Pelican Cove is on the bus route and is convenient to
the Tampa International Airport plus most major
Florida attractions such as Disney World, Cypress
Gardens and Busch Garden. The area has 17 public golf
courses and it is close to the 40 mile Pinellas County
Bicycle trail. Shopping and restaurants are also
nearby. It has a very active computer club that
provides lessons(Tampabay Computer Society)and quilt
clubs. Lots of musical events. Boating and fishing
is enjoyed year round.
