* Overlooks the heated Olympic sized pool and landscape, directly on  
the Gulf, with sea grass and sugar sand beach. 
 
* Private, large balcony for relaxing, dining, or watching the  
dolphins play. 
 
* All furniture is brand new including the custom, queen size Murphy  
bed with plush mattress, full size Casablanca style futon, pull out  
chair and dining table & chairs. 
 
* Laundry facility on the floor, cable t.v. with 32" screen, DVD,  
Stereo with CD changer, and telephone (local only). New tile, new  
carpet, and all super clean with stunning, romantic views of the  
beach and Gulf.
