Property is located just 35 miles from the New Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport currently serviced by both Delta Airlines and Southwest Airlines.  

Nice floor plan accommodates your family as well as extended family. There are four sleeping areas, each with its own private bath.

If you prefer to have a vehicle at the beach, there is
another beach access just 100 yards further down that has parking
and restrooms. Take your pick- the beach is an easy 5 minute
walk or a quick 2 minute drive. A large beach wagon is
furnished for your convenience and enjoyment.


This professionally decorated villa is centrally located in Santa
Rosa Beach/Dune Allen Beach -between Destin/Sandestin and Grayton
Beach. The house sits directly on Oyster Lake, one of the unique
coastal dune lakes in the region. Enjoy panoramic lake views and
peek-a-boo views of the Gulf from almost every room. Over 2000
square feet of indoor living area. Enjoy all three levels of this
beautiful townhome--all to yourself!

House is tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of room
for outdoor family fun. The swimming pool (shared) is less than 50
feet from the front door. Play family games in the large grassy area
just outside the house or ride bikes or tricycles on the bike path.
The bike path connects to the 18-mile bicycle path along the coast.
Bring your own bicycles or rent them nearby.

Guests can also fish from our dock on the lake. Bring your fishing
rods and nets! Children age 16 and under do not need a license to
fish.

Second floor great room opens onto wide balcony on the lake with
peek-a boo Gulf Views. Take in the beautiful views while you enjoy
any meal of the day-inside or out! Nicely equipped kitchen has
breakfast
bar and center island.

All bedrooms and living areas are spacious and bright; each has its
own balcony or patio.

Large third floor Master Suite features King Size Bed and its own
private view balcony facing the gulf. Master bath includes a Jacuzzi
and a shower as well as a double sink vanity and walk-in closet.

Third floor also includes a second large bedroom which sleeps four people.  One Twin Bed is bunked above a Double Bed.  Another Twin Bed is a stand-alone bed in this bedroom which features a a walk in closet and its own private full bath.

Ground level features an oversize bedroom with seating area and a
walkout to a beautiful lakeside patio. This private retreat has a
Queen Bed as well as a double futon and also has its own bath. This
is a perfect room for children or for extended family members.

A Queen sleeper sofa in the great room provides an additional
sleeping area with its own private full bath.

Beaches in the area are beautiful, clean and uncrowded. The sugar
white sand beaches and warm turqouise waters will entice you back
again and again.

The paved walkway from the house connects with the Scenic 30-A
bike path. The bike path runs along 18 miles of the Emerald Coast,
from Santa Rosa Beach to Rosemary Beach. Along the way you can
visit nearby Gulf Place, as well as Watercolor, Seaside and
Seagrove.
Make sure to save time to visit the beautiful State Parks at Grayton
Beach and Topsail Hill State Park.
Bicycles can be rented nearby.

Once you pull yourself away from the beach, there is great food,
shopping and recreation in every direction.

Many outstanding Golf Courses are located along Scenic 30-A,
including the Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club just two blocks away.

You can shop 'til you drop in one of the many quaint seaside
communities or the nearby Market Shops of Sandestin. Even more
great shopping can be found at Destin Commons and the Silver Sands
Outlet Mall (the largest designer outlet mall in the nation).

Make sure to save time for the array of boutiques, galleries and
eateries nearby at the Village of Baytowne Wharf!

Many attractions and amusements are available in nearby
Destin and also in Panama City Beach.

Cleaning fee $125, security deposit $400.

Security deposit is refundable provided there is no damage to the
house or home furnishings and that the property is left in a
reasonably tidy condition.

State and local taxes also apply. Sorry, no smoking, no pets.
No students or groups of singles under 25 years of age.

Summer weekly only, otherwise 3 night minimum.
