Vacation Rental Description

Beautifully furnished and well equipped 4/5 bedroom villa with pool 
and hot tub.  Our holiday home is located in a quiet area backing on 
to woodland and a soon to completed golf course and yet is only 10-
15 minutes drive from the stunning beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
The villa consists of two Queen size en suite Master bedrooms, two 
twin bedded rooms with shared bathroom and a den with double sofa 
bed and use of the pool bathroom.  Everything is provided to make 
your stay feel like a home from home; cable TV, linen, towels, pool 
towels even hairdryers. Outdoors there is a gas BBQ, comfortable  
sun loungers and off course patio table and chairs for al fresco 
eating. A cool box is provided for days by the beach.  
With child safety in mind there is a safety fence around the pool 
and the whole outdoor area is covered by a mesh enclosure.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the villa.
Two Master ensuite bedrooms with spa bath, separate shower, twin 
wash basins,Cable TV,large wardrobes and access to the pool area.
Two twin bedded rooms share the third bathroom with bath and 
overhead shower.  
The Den acts as a second sitting area or fifth bedroom with sofa bed 
and has cable TV and video.
Two dining areas both formal and informal and a breakfast bar 
provide ample space for eating indoors.
A well equipped kitchen provides cooker,microwave,toaster,coffee 
maker,crockery(for indoor and outdoor use),fridge/freezer with ice 
maker and dish washer.
The laundry room has washer,dryer,iron and ironing board, cleaning 
equipment and access to the garage which has an air hockey table and 
dart board.
A bright comfortable lounge with CD player has views to the pool.
For your safety smoke alarms are fitted in key areas plus 
fire extinguisher.
We request no smoking inside the villa or pets please and the use of 
plastic table ware in the pool area.

Activities and Attractions

Locally there are parks and numerous golf courses.  A short drive 
away is Port Charlotte with an array of shops and malls.  A ten 
minutes drive takes you to Kayack hire and boat hire for fishing. A 
trip to Boca Grande is a must.A small fun fair at Port Charlotte, 
mini golf, or a day on the beach collecting shells provide fun for 
the children.Museums and nature reserves aren't far away and if you 
want to explore further Venice and Sarasota with a nearby large 
shopping outlet are about 50 minutes drive.  There is something for 
everyone.

Vacation Rental Rates

Our weekly rates start at $1150/£640 per week rising to $1550/£820.
(Hot tub heating is £30/$50 per week extra) 
We do however have ongoing special offers and discounts for long
