Walk to a concert at the Les Schwab
Amphitheater or walk to the Park & Ride to hit the Mt. Bachelor ski
slopes. Then come home and turn on the fireplace, while you open a
bottle of wine and make dinner in the kitchenette. During the summer
months you have your own courtyard and water feature. Completely
furnished (washer and dryer, too!) This is a "too good to be true"
apartment. A small to medium dog is okay.IN DOWNTOWN BEND!

Walk to all events in downtown Bend. There are so many:
Bend-Film Festival, Winterfest, Summerfest, Fallfest,
Fourth of July parade and fireworks, first Fridays- the art walk.
Take a soak tub at the McMinnimens roman tub, $7!

Bend has grown up to have excellent 5 five star restaurants and wine
bars and wonderful boutiques.

$95 per night
$650 per week (not during holidays or spring-break)
Cleaning charge of $50, not negotiable.
Transient taxes for the state and City 10%
Additional charge for dogs.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
$100 dollars (non-refundable, yet w/cancellation is applied to a
future stay) toward your stay is collected to hold your reservations.
The full balance is collected 30 days before your stay and will not be
refunded unless a medical reason fro cancellation.
